For 1 couple travelers there is a special discount on the above prices for 1-4 people of 20%. Not valid between June 1st and September 15th.
You can use this "price sweet" whether with friends or just for two.

The Finca ROTANA CORAZON offers beds for 8 people in 4 bedrooms.
If desired, two other adults or children can be found on a fold-out sofa bed a place to sleep.
The finca can be occupied by a maximum of 10 people. This exclusive service necessarily on request.
One or to two babies can be accommodated in cots. Ask this special when booking, thank you. Babies until 24 months are free of charge on the estate.
Arrival and departure are possible on all weekdays.
A final cleaning is included in the price. For stays of 14 days, an intermediate purification. Do you want extra cleaning, so you can order it with extra charge.
For towels, bed linen, internet and water consumption are included at no extra cost to you. Note that very expensive electricity costs depending on your usage (usage of air conditioning, lighting, etc.) will be charged upon your departure. On the island, a constant internet access can not be guaranteed.
Please bring beach towels for the day on the beach or stay at the pool by yourself. Thank you.
* The minimum stay in the summer (June to September) are 10 nights.
Your pet is allowed in our house. For a fixed sum per day and pet € 10. A maximum of 2 pets to be there are allowed.
For winter-time on Mallorca:
From November to February, you have the option to rent the Finca monthly. Each month is calculated leased of 4,700 €. This includes a final cleaning. Be invoiced separately for the consumption of internet, electricity, heating and water.
The deposit is 850 € per month in the winter time.
